Kalyiman

I was born in 1974, 20th of March, in Bishkek city. Its the capital of Kyrgyzstan , in family of a worker. I have got two older brothers and two sisters. The youngest of the children is me.

The first time I got acquainted with kyrgez national instruments was when I was 9 years old. My sister signed up to the komuz, so that I would join in the national art. At that time I didn't known , that this instrument would follow me all my life.

In 1985 I went to music school of the name Shubina, in Bishkek City to study komuz. I received a diploma of finishing incomplete secondary school in 1989 and fourth form of music school. after wards I went to musical secondary school Kurenkeeva, where I continued my education. In 1993 I successfully finished music secondary school and I went to the Kyrgyz National Conservatory to study komuz, and I graduated in 1998. After it I started to work at school â„– 65. I formed an ensemble, which was the laureate of the Republic competition. My students weren't kyrgyz girls and boys, they were other nationals.

In my life music I have also got acquainted with one more national instrument- Temir-Komuz(jew's harp). The scientific interest for it came in 2002, when I started to learn the Japanese language in the Japanese Center of Human Development.

Just then I heard that the people of Ainu , who reside on Japans islands, have the same instrument.

In 2002 I went to graduate school in the National Academy of Science of Kyrgyzstan. My theme of study was: Temir-Komuz and its analogies in different nations. In 2003 I carried out research in Japan, where I was sent for the programme of the Japanese fund ''Japanese language for researches.''

In 2006 I formed an ensemble with Japanese volunteers. Our group was laureate of the Republic competition.

In 2006 I took part in a festival of Jew's Harp music of the world which was in Amsterdam.
